The 2025 Grammys have taken the internet by storm. From nominations, awards, and, of course, the fabulous looks by amazing celebrities, the Grammys have left people feeling shocked, inspired, and overall emotional. The Grammys took place on February 2nd, 2025, it was a tribute to all those who have lost their homes and valuables in the recent Los Angeles fires. As people recover from the event, this was a chance to show creative freedom and express fashion through flamboyant outfits and attire. So, after the Grammys, I’ll be rating the best five and the worst five outfits in my personal opinion. I’m ranking on creativity, symbolism, and overall sleekness.
Starting off with the outfits I feel have not made it up to standard is fifth place, Kacey Musgraves. I don’t feel she deserves the worst spot on the list, but is definitely on the bad side. She came with a tan,long sparkly skirt. This part of the outfit was okay, but she paired the skirt with a very basic and plain white top that looked like a tank top. Maybe she was going for a simplistic look but this definitely was not it. In fourth place, I put Jaden Smith. Many people put him higher on this list, but I truly believe the outfit was genuinely not bad. The large black house that was worn as a headpiece was a questionable choice, and is a crazy thought to even put into reality. If he had not worn the headpiece, he would not be on this list. Third place is Madison Cunningham, she wore a long, transparent black dress. The dress was not flattering on her at all and the accessories she put with it were not fitting for her. In second place is Nora Jones, she showed up with a shorter dress that has a series of colors, accessorized with a thick red belt. This outfit looked like a dress you would quickly regret wearing. It was not with the 2025 trend and looked more vintage than up-to-date. With the worst outfit of the 2025 Grammys is Julia Fox. She brought everything but a sense of style this year. The outfit was a black transparent dress paired with a leather jacket and hideous yellow gloves. The outfit proudly deserves to be named the worst outfit because her stylist did not deliver.
For the part you are waiting for, my best ranked outfits this year. Taking fifth place, I place Chappell Roan. She has the most colorful and creative dress amongst most I’ve seen. Her outfit matched her whole theme perfectly and very well corresponds with her personality and outgoingness. Fourth place is Madison Beer, wearing Miss Sohee. The colors match her skin tone nicely, and it is just a gorgeous piece of work. I feel her outfit really has pretty detailed work on it as it is overall just beautiful. In third place is Cardi B, showing up in Roberto Cavalli. This outfit looks made for her, it fits her perfectly and is very different from others. It looks like it has high quality material. The feathers were definitely a risk to add to outfits but it is honestly such a good look for that particular dress. In second place is Taylor Swift elegantly displaying Vivienne Westwood. This short red dress is so fitting for her and is perfect. The red dress is such a good look for her since it corresponds with the iconic red lip she always wears. In first place, the best 2025 Grammy look is Sabrina Carpenter. She was wearing Loewe and the dress was honestly so fitting for her. The baby blue color is an amazing match to her whole beach vibe. She is always so elegant expressing a creative outlook in fashion. Her whole dress is so beautiful while displaying sleekness and nothing can beat it in my opinion.
