The famous Golden Girls actress, Betty White, passed away at the age of 99. On December 31, 2021, tragic reports of White’s death were trending all over the internet. Accusations arose that White died from the booster shot that she had supposedly received three days before her passing. Her agent, Jeff Witjas, shut down those rumors explaining, “People are saying her death was related to getting a booster shot three days earlier, but that is not true. She died of natural causes,” Witjas also explained that her death should not be politicized; that’s not what White wanted. Witjas has told PEOPLE Magazine, “Betty passed in her sleep peacefully without pain. To me, this is the most important thing and brings me comfort as her dear friend. Anything else is private to Betty.”

White was an award-winning actress, but still, she was a great person with such a positive attitude. Before her passing, White was planning her 100th birthday. She was also making a documentary that was called “100 years young- A birthday celebration.” In this documentary, White made sure that everyone could see she was thankful for her support. It was also going to be a tribute to her 100th birthday. Even though they didn’t get to fulfill the purpose of this documentary, it will still play in county theaters on January 17, 2022. Ten days before her death, she was filming for this documentary, which was the last time she filmed on camera.

White’s career spanned more than 75 years; she had received eight Emmy awards, three American Comedy Awards, three Screen Actors Guild awards, and a Grammy throughout her career. White also achieved every actor’s goal and got a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame. She was always grateful and so kind-hearted when receiving these awards, but that was just the person she was. White lived her life with positivity while spreading it to everyone, never trying to bring anyone down. She had an upbeat and inspiring personality to her fans; White lived her life with freedom. She didn’t want her life to be restricted, so she lived her life to the fullest. White took many adventures in traveling and meeting lots of new fans because she loved the experience of living life to its fullest. Not a day went by where White had a dull day. She also loved to fill her family and friends’ days with great memories because that’s who she was. White was an inspiring, loving sensation that changed fame forever with her kindness. She will be truly missed.
