Ariana Grande is best known for her roles in Victorious, Sam & Cat, and now Wicked, as well as her most famous songs, “7 Rings,” “thank u, next,” “no tears left to cry,” and more. Now, after a seven-year break from touring, the actress-musician will embark on her fourth world tour in support of her seventh studio album, “Eternal Sunshine.” Grande is set to perform 36 shows in the United States of America, Canada, and the United Kingdom, starting June 6, 2026, through August 23. While the openers for her upcoming tour have not been released yet, fans speculate that artists like Madison Beer or Addison Rae are the top contenders for the opening acts.
The “Eternal Sunshine” album was released on March 8, 2024, and the deluxe edition, “Eternal Sunshine (Deluxe): Brighter Days Ahead,” was released a year later, on March 28, 2025. Five months later, in August of that same year, Grande announced the long-awaited tour.
Sadly, in the past, Grande and her fans experienced an attack while on her Dangerous Women Tour. On May 22, 2017, just after Grande’s show concluded, a suicide bomber detonated an explosive that killed 22 innocent fans and injured hundreds more. After the attack, Grande performed the “One Love Manchester” show, raising $13 million for the victims and their families of the Manchester attack. Because of this, Grande has only toured once since the incident, but she is back to deliver another iconic show for her fans.
On Tuesday, April 28, 2026, Grande shocked her fans and announced her 8th studio album, “Petal,” set to release on July 31, 2026, in the middle of her upcoming tour. Grande had been teasing new recordings through Instagram, posting her in the studio, putting together new songs, but nobody thought we would hear the new record so soon. Because “Petal” will release while Grande is on tour, fans are hoping the new songs from the album will be added to the set list, instead of having to wait for a possible new tour.
Nowadays, when big artists embark on a world tour, many people try to resell the tickets and make money by selling them to desperate fans. Websites also up the prices to insane numbers, but still manage to sell out the venues. Ariana Grande is no exception to this. Her upcoming tour tickets sold for thousands of dollars, limiting what fans could attend. Grande voices her frustrations on Instagram, saying she was “incredibly bothered” by the prices chosen by the platforms, like Ticketmaster, Stubhub, and SeatGeek.
While both Grande and her fans are ecstatic about the “Eternal Sunshine” tour, Grande said after the tour concludes, she will not be touring for a “long, long time.” Grande claims that she wants to shift her focus toward acting in the near future, because to her, “acting feels like home.” The “Eternal Sunshine” tour is smaller than her past tours because Grande claimed she wanted to focus on her well-being.
No matter how much more music or how many more acting projects Grande finds herself in, she has become one of the most famous pop-singers and actresses of our time.
